The pesticide de facto immunity provision is now in a conference committee

  • Version S 401 of the Farm Act was passed by the House and does not contain the immunity provision

  • Version S 639 of the Farm Act was passed by the Senate and does not contain the immunity provision

  • Both versions of the Farm Act are now in Conference Committe.

  • Action step: Email the members of the conference committee and ask them to oppose Section 19 of S 639
